I’m an Asset Protection Manager, investigator, and leader with a passion for solving complex problems, developing leaders, and building systems that create lasting impact. While my career began in retail asset protection, my work has grown far beyond preventing loss. Today, I focus on helping retailers operate more effectively through investigations, risk management, operational strategy, and leadership development. Shrink/Shortage Strategy has stayed a consistent skill as I have led strong and consistent shrink reduction in 6 retail business units. 

I believe the best leaders don’t just solve today’s problems. Instead, they build solutions that continue working long after they’re gone. I try to embody the phrase "Leave it better than you found it" daily. Whether I’m leading an investigation, designing a new process, training future leaders, or collaborating across teams, my goal is always the same: leave people and organizations stronger and better than I found them.

Throughout my career, I’ve led complex Organized Retail Crime, Internal, Violence in the Workplace and Operational Investigations. I've also conducted several high-risk operations leading merchandise recoveries in the $100,000s. I've accomplished this by creating strong and intentional partnerships with law enforcement, retailers, and a network of professionals across the United States. When focused on what I'm most passionate about, I've coached emerging leaders, and helped teams improve performance through practical, people-focused solutions. I enjoy taking complicated challenges and turning them into clear, repeatable systems that empower others to succeed.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about live music, being in nature, volunteering, learning, history and creating resources that help others grow. This website is where I share my work, projects, ideas, and what I’m building along the way.
